Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, for Platform Users, we may collect information when you create an account with PullString, fill out a form, create a project, publish a Bot, request support, send us an email, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, phone number, fax number, credit card information and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide.
For PullString End Users, PullString may collect information you provide when conversing with Bots (e.g. chat text when interacting with a Bot).
Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Platform
When you access or use the Platform as a Platform User, we may automatically collect information about you, including:
When PullString End Users log in and access Bots through a third party platform, PullString may have access to certain information provided by such third party platform, such as name, locale, time zone, gender and profile picture.

PullString is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Platform or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.
In connection with PullString's processing of personal data it receives from the EU ("EU Data"), PullString adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Principles issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the "Principles"). For more information about the Principles, please visit the Department of Commerce's Privacy Shield website. Please direct any inquiries or complaints regarding our compliance with the Principles to the point of contact listed in the "Contact Us" section below. If PullString does not resolve your complaint, you may submit your complaint free of charge to JAMS at https://www.jamsadr.com/file-an-eu-us-privacy-shield-or-safe-harbor-claim, PullString's designated Privacy Shield dispute resolution provider. Under certain conditions specified by the Principles, you may also be able to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your complaint. PullString is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission. PullString assumes responsibility for EU Data that it shares with third-party service providers when they process that data on PullString's behalf unless PullString demonstrates that it was not responsible for the events giving rise to the damage. With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you through the Platform or otherwise that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.
We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
Please note that any projects you create using the Platform ("Projects") that are designated as "public" (including all project creating using a "free" subscription plan) may be publicly viewable, including any information about you that may be contained in such Project.
PullString takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Platform Users may update, correct or delete information provided to us in connection with your Platform account at any time by logging into your account on the Site and going to the Settings page. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, this may also be done through the Settings page, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
When you interact with PullString Bots, PullString does not collect, retain or disclose personal data about PullString End Users except to the extent that personal data may incidentally be included as part of Bot conversations. You may choose what information to disclose during the Bot conversation and may choose not to include any personal information in your conversations.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Removing or rejecting browser cookies does not necessarily affect third party flash cookies used in connection with our Services. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from PullString by following the instructions in those emails . If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Diagnostics and Crash Reports
Diagnostics and crash reports are automatically sent to PullString to assist us in fixing problems that may arise. If you do not want these reports to be automatically sent to PullString, you may opt out of this through the Setting page.
Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
